Property: (a) 4 cottages with yards, outbuildings at Little Brickhill [Buckinghamshire], bounded on the N by property of the representatives of Helen Mills; E by property of Colonel Alexander Finley; S by Watling Street and W by property in the occupation of John Stevenson, George Berril, Thomas Green and William Cook. - subject to Colonel Alexander Finley having rights to use a well and water at the back of the property.
