    Draft Admission, Manor of Toddington: Reciting: - Stephen Sharp Marriott held (a) from the lord of the manor for a yearly rent: £-/7/4… 'and which said piece of land is the remaining part of a larger piece to which the said Stephen Sharp Marriott was admitted tenant at a special court of the said manor holden on the 26th day of October 1868 on the surrender of Richard Cain and William Olney; - Stephen died on the 18th March 1883; - by his will dated 10th Feb 1875 [proved 20th Aug 1883] Stephen devised the said land unto his wife Emma Marriott for her life, after, equally between his three daughters: Mary, Elizabeth and Emma Ann; - Emma Marriott died on the 28th Jan 1908. Operative: - admission of Mary Marriott to 1/3rd of (a). Property: (a) Copyhold land at Toddington of 6a 1r 37; bounded W by premises of John Peddar and Major Horley; E by road leading from Luton to Toddington; N by premises fronting Princes Street, Toddington and S by land of the late John Albert Foll.
