Copy of the will of John Bowler of Woburn, Beds, blacksmith: Giving and devising: - all copyhold property in Woburn in the several tenures or occupations of Richard Barrett, blacksmith and Francis Turner, gentleman or one of them unto my dear wife Sarah Bowler for her natural life; - after her decease, all property in the occupation of Richard Barrett or his undertenants to my loving son John Bowler subject to the payment of £30 to my loving daughter Elizabeth Bowler; - and all property in the occupation of Francis Turner or his undertenants to my loving son Francis Bowler subject to the payment of £20 to said daughter Elizabeth; - all personal estate, household furniture, working tools etc. unto my said wife subject to the payment of all debts and funeral expenses; - appointing said wife as sole executor; - original witnessed and signed by John Hervey, Samuel Smith and Matthew Gelieu.
