Instructions issued by Benjamin Bealing To Edward Chester, Baker in Dunstable. As result of petitions from Quarter Sessions for Norfolk (caused by priests "notivated by our implacable adversary Francis Bugg") & Corporation of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk against Quakers to House of Commons "The one pretending many Romish emisaries among us. And the other most formidable heresle". Norfolk priests threatened to spread campaign to other counties. ADVISES:- Some "known faithfull Friends" to attend Quarter Sessions & Assizes to lobby most moderate against actions v Quakers, which are against the Toleration Act. Also to write to MPs
