QM, 1700. Records p.3 book of "the several meetings" enquired for - Joshua Wheeler has it. Marriage: p.1 disagreement at MM at Kensworth as to the marriage of Jas Cooke and Kath Mosse, 1691 (Kensworth Meeting has objected because they proceeded "disorderly" in not proposing their intentions to the women Friends); QM gave them their "Christian liberty"; 14/10/1703 Jas & Kath Cooke write from Albans to say:- "We are sorry that we did oppose Friends in their good and godly care at their MM at Kensworth...., we having had cause of sorrow and trouble for it... having now a more clearer sight in things than ever we had before."
