Draft transfer of mortgage and deed of covenant Parties: (i) James Kingston Fowler of 35 Clarges Street, Mayfair, London, surgeon and Hugh Cumberland of Luton, Beds, auctioneer; (ii) William Edward Dipple of the George Hotel, Luton, licensed victualler; (iii) Frederick John Flint of Brighton, Sussex, gentleman. Reciting: - four indentures dated 3rd Dec 1895, 3rd Sep 1897, 4th Sep 1906 and the 20th Jul 1908 and made between (ii) and Frederick John Coleman for securing £10,000 and interest at £4 per cent per annum upon (a); - £4000 is now owing upon the security of the recited indentures; - F.J. Coleman died on the 9th Oct 1909; - will of F.J. Coleman dated 23rd Jul 1908; - will proved on the 17 Nov 1909; Operative: - (i) transfers the said mortgage secured on (a) to (iii). Property: (a) George Hotel, Luton. Habendum: - (iii) to hold (a) as beneficial owner until (ii) has repaid the said mortgage sum of £4000 with interest at £4/10/- per cent per annum.
