Property: (a) Messuage or tenement in Woburn near the market place, bounded on one side by the messuage or tenement late of Robert Carey and now of John Gostelow and the other side by messuage or tenement late of John Thornton, formerly in the occupation of Stephen Taylor and now or late of Robert Taylor his undertenant or assign; (b) Piece or parcel of meadow or sward ground called Hedgecroft situate in Woburn late in the occupation of Richard Filkes and now of John Taylor of 4a 36p, abutting NE and W upon lands of (ii) and S upon (c); (c) Close of meadow or sward ground lately described by mistake as Scotch Close but usually known as Long Close late in the occupation of Mary Wythe and now John Taylor of 3a 3r 1p, abutting N upon lands of (ii), E upon an old lane, towards S by a piece of land called Scotch Close now belonging to John Iredale and W by lands of (ii); - including a right of way leading from Kings Highway through a close owned by (ii) called Gravel Pitt to Long Close; (d) 3 cottages or tenements at the SW end of Woburn in Leighton Street together with the premises adjoining late in the occupation of Thomas Butler and John Grey and now in the several tenures or occupations of John Grey, Thomas Cook and John Clever, abutting N upon lands of Joseph Perrius, E by leasehold land of William Rock, S by the Leighton Road and W upon land of Ann Dover. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii).
