Reciting: - 2 Mar 1791: Thomas Butler the elder of Woburn, taylor and Elizabeth his wife and Thomas Butler the younger of Woburn, victualler and Elizabeth his wife surrendered (a) out of court. Operative: - admission of Stephen Taylor of Woburn, wheelwright to (a); - immediately after admission Stephen Taylor surrendered (a) to the use of any person appointed by his last will and testament. Property: (a) Same as R6/63/7/9 but with a different description: - two cottages or tenements situate in the SW end of Woburn together with pasture ground, outbuildings etc. adjoining in the occupation of Thomas Butler the elder and John Grey. - examined and signed by Samuel Davis, steward.
