Property: (a) Piece of ground where a tenement of Daniel and William Gyles once stood in the W end of Woburn of 79 feet 6 inches and ¾ inch … 'and was burnt down in the late dreadfull fire which happened there'… 'James Perkins is now erecting part of a dwelling house as it is now'; bounded E by ground sold by Daniel and William Gyles to Sarah Houghton, widow and Joseph Grey and Mary his wife; (b) Piece of ground lying to E of (a) where a barn lately stood of 222 feet… 'between the ground of the said Daniel Gyles and William Gyles or one of them East and ground by them sold to the said Sarah Houghton and Joseph Grey and Mary his wife West'.
