(a) Cottage or tenement in Woburn in the occupation of John Marshall together with part of the buttery or room thereto adjoining and chamber over same as far as the principal post of the house of Daniel and William Gyles in the occupation of George Chandler; between the Abbey Land on the SE and the ground of Daniel Snagg on the SW and NW.
