Occurrence Report of William Bedlow, Superintendent of Police of Biggleswade. He was driving through Tempsford and when he was near to the Church Yard he saw Ann Franks, wife of John Franks, General Dealer of Tempsford, very drunk lying on the seat of a cart. She had charge of the horse. He requested a young man to see her safely home. John Franks was standing near by and William Bedlow said he would summons his wife. Fine 10/-, costs 8/-.
