BEDFORD - BROMHAM ROAD Aerial oblique view north of Bromham Road looking north eastwards. The railway can be seen running diagonally near the bottom of the picture. The entrances to Hurst Grove and Cutcliffe Grove from the south side of Bromham Road can be seen with the engineering works to the right. Beverley Crescent is opposite Hurst Grove and Cutcliffe Grove. Part of Clapham can be seen near the top left hand side of the picture. From the top centre to the right of the picture is the Brickhill area. Bedford Modern School on Manton Lane can be seen centre left with the Texas Instruments complex behind it. To the right of Texas Instruments is the housing estate off Turner Way and Gainsborough Rise, which adjoin Park Road North. Looking south of Clapham Road which runs straight across the centre of the picture, Shakespeare Road can be seen from the roundabout on the left of the picture. Union Street can be seen from the roundabout on the right.
