Adams, deceased and all my furniture, household effects unto my said son Joseph, subject to the payment of £200 to my said daughter Janet; - property at Newton Longville unto said daughter Janet; - residue of real & personal property equally amongst said son & daughter. - Direct trustees to offer to let the said Tebworth property during the life of my wife to my said son for a rent of £1 an acre. - Intended to be witnessed and signed by R. Hobourn of Woburn, solicitor & Charles Woods, clerk to Mr. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor.
