(ii) William Moss of Victoria Road, Fenny Stratford, Buckinghamshire, relieving officer. (iii) John Hill of Fenny Stratford, boot maker. Reciting: - Mortgage dated 29th Jun 1905 between (1) (ii) (2) (i) whereby (a) was conveyed to (2) as security for the repayment of £325. - £325 with interest is still owing to (i). Operative: - In consideration of £30/16/- paid to (ii), (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii). Property: (a) Piece or parcel of land at Fenny Stratford of 176 square yards, having a frontage to Western Road. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii) discharged from the recited mortgage.
