Operative: - In consideration of £30/16/- paid to (ii), (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii). Property: (a) Piece or parcel of land at Fenny Stratford of 176 square yards, having a frontage to Western Road. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii) discharged from the recited mortgage.
