    Covenant to pay an annuity Parties: (i) John Ward Boughton Leigh of Brownsover Hall, Warwickshire, esquire. (ii) Jemima Lucy Boughton Ward Boughton Leigh of Brownsover Hall, Warwickshire, spinster (one of the daughters of (i) & Theodosia de Malsburgh his wife). Reciting: - Release to bar an entail dated 1st Dec 1842 between (1) George Harris the elder, esquire; Nathan Everton Garrick, esquire; Nathan Davis Garrick, esquire & George Harris the younger, esquire (2) (i) & Theodosia de Malsburgh his wife (3) Theodosia Leigh Boughton Ward Boughton Leigh, Grace Anna Boughton Ward Broughton Leigh & (ii) (daughters of (2)) (4) William Harris whereby the remainder expectant of Theodosia de Malsburgh in three tenth parts of certain property, annexed with the rights of (3) or any other property (3) are entitled as tenants, tenants in tail or tenants in remainder or reversion, were conveyed in trust to (i). Operative: - In consideration of the recited release (i) agrees to: - pay an annuity of £100 during the life of Theodosia de Malsburgh unto (ii); - if (ii) decease, unto any husband or previous appointment of (ii); - if husband decease, or in default of such appointment unto any children of (ii); - after death of Theodosia de Malsburgh annuity is to be raised to £200 with interest at £4 per centum per annum, and secured on the principal sum of £5000. - Signed by (i) & (ii). - Witnessed and signed by William Hubbard & Geo.
