Reciting: - George Nott died on 1st May 1896 having made a will dated 13th Feb 1888 whereby he appointed William Lisle Dalton & Richard Avery executors. - Codicil to above will dated 28th Apr 1896 whereby the appointment of Richard Avery was revoked and William Beaumont Nott was appointed.
