(c) Piece of land of 15p in the rear of (a-b); bounded on NE by hereditaments formerly in the occupation of Miss Haydon, then John Thurnham, then in the occupation and belonging to Samuel Weatherhead and now in the occupation of Edward William Crouch, SE by hereditaments lately of Thomas Cox and other ground formerly sold by James Waller to Mrs. Parkins and others (all which hereditaments now belong to Robert How) and on the NW by (a-b) and hereditaments lately belonging to George Carter and William Anstee respectively and now in the occupation of the said John Thomas Jeffs.
