Reciting: - X899/5/12. - (i) is a member of the said society, owns 15 shares and is entitled to receive in respect of these shares and out of the funds of the society the sum of £750 upon the execution of this mortgage. Operative: - Mortgage from (i) to (ii) for £750. (i) conveys (a-c) to (ii) as security for repayment. Property: (a-c) As at X899/5/12.
