Reciting: - X899/5/12. - (i) is a member of the said society, owns 15 shares and is entitled to receive in respect of these shares and out of the funds of the society the sum of £750 upon the execution of this mortgage. Operative: - Mortgage from (i) to (ii) for £750. (i) conveys (a-c) to (ii) as security for repayment. Property: (a-c) As at X899/5/12. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii) subject to the usual mortgage provisos for redemption and certain trusts outlined. Covenants: - (ii) to permit (i) to hold and enjoy (a-c) unless default in repayment. - (ii) to have power of sale if default in repayment, although profits, after certain payments will be directed to (i). - Signed by (i). - Witnessed and signed by George Bailey of Luton, solicitor.
