Property: (a) Piece or parcel of land in Wellington Street, Luton; bounded on the NE by a messuage and premises lately sold and conveyed by John Gray and Lovel Smeathman to Samuel Toyer formerly in the occupation John Beeby and now of the said Samuel Toyer, NW by property late of John Gray and on S by property late of Edmund Waller, esquire. Together with the messuage, stables and outbuildings lately built by John Gray on the said ground formerly in the occupation of Mistress Spencer since of Alfred Anstee and now of James Clarke. - The stone wall dividing same from the said messuage and property sold to Samuel Toyer. - Right of way between the messuage and property sold to Samuel Toyer. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (ii) subject to the usual mortgage provisos for redemption.
