    Conveyance of equity of redemption Parties: (i) Joseph Lingar late of Shefford, Beds but now of Luton, plait dealer. (ii) John Cotchin of Luton, Beds, straw hat manufacturer. Reciting: - X899/5/5. - (i) has transferred his five shares in the name of the Luton Benefit Building Society to (ii). Operative: - In consideration of £180 (i) conveys all his right & interest in (a) to (ii). Property: (a) Same as X899/5/2 although the property is now bounded on the NE by a messuage late of John Wiseman and now of Joseph Anstee, NW by a messuage late of John Plummer afterwards of Alfred Anstee & SE by property formerly of Joseph Waller and now of (i). - (ii) has a right of way over the NW side of ground belonging to James Waller into and from Stuart Street which was purchased by (i) by release dated 28th May 1850. Habendum: - Unto (ii) subject to the mortgage provisos as stated at X899/5/5. Covenants: - No wife of (ii) to dower out of (a). - Signed by (i) & (ii). - Witnessed and signed by Richard Waring. - Endorsement dated 20th May 1856 whereby the trustees of the Luton Benefit Building Society have received the money secured on (a) from (ii) - Witnessed and signed by W. Higgins, William Roberts and Samuel [Sawson?].
