- In consideration of £255 paid to (i), (i) at the direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii).
Property:
(a) Piece or parcel of ground situate at Wellington Street, Luton, bounded on NE by a messuage and premises lately sold by (i) & (ii) to Samuel Toyer formerly in the occupation of John Beeby and now Samuel Toyer, NW by land of (ii) and S by property late of Edmund Waller, esquire; also with the messuage and outbuildings belonging and built by (i) on the said piece of ground formerly in the occupation of Mrs. Spencer and now (iii) and also the stone wall erected on the said property which divides it from the property conveyed to Samuel Toyer.
- (iii) to have a right of way leading from Wellington Street along the passage between the messuage hereby conveyed and the messuage lately conveyed to Samuel Toyer.
Habendum:
- Unto (iii) subject to any trust which he shall direct or appoint,
- in default of such, to the use of (iii) for ever.
Covenants:
- No wife of (iii) to dower out of (a).
