    Feoffment Parties: (i) Thomas Vaux late of Dunstable, Beds but now of Bedford, esquire. (ii) Mark Brown of Dunstable, gentleman. Operative: - In consideration of £-/5/- (i) conveys (a) to (ii) Property: (a) 'All that Small piece or parcel of ground being parcel of the Westward side of a certain close of pasture ground being the lower close of two certain closes of pasture ground called or known by the name of the Priory as the same piece or parcel of ground is now divided and is intended at all times forever hereafter to be divided from the residue of the said lower close of pasture by a good and sufficient fence as hereinafter is covenanted and expressed in that behalf which same two several closes are parcel of and belonging to the Capital Messuage or Manor House of the said Thomas Vaux situate and being in the South Street of Dunstable aforesaid which late was in the occupation of Thomas Crawley doctor of physick deceased and now in the occupation of John Bird which said piece or parcel of ground is bounded on the Westwardside thereof in part by the ground belonging to the messuage or dwellinghouse of the said Mark Brown and Amy his wife situate in the South Street aforesaid and in the other part by the ground belonging to the messuage or dwellinghouse of John Cooke and Hannah his wife and others There also situate and being and containing in length on the Westwardside thereof Ninety Three Feet of assize and in breadth (so far as the same is parallel) Thirteen Feet of assize and abutteth Southward upon a certain close of pasture ground now of the said Mark Brown situate in or near the same South Street and which said piece or parcel of ground mentioned to be hereby granted is intended from time to time and at all time hereafter to be used as a way leading from and out of the said ground belonging to the said messuage and dwellinghouse of the said Mark Brown and Amy his wife into the aforesaid close of pasture ground now of the said Mark Brown and into the said ground of Mark Brown and Amy his wife from and out of the said last mentioned close of pasture and so into from and out of each to the other of the same ground and the close of pasture'. - Signed with the seal of (i). - Witnessed and signed by Thomas Foulkes, Jonathon Davis & James Cheshire.
