(ii) James Horne the elder of Totternhoe, carpenter.

- In consideration of £46 (i) conveys (a) to (ii).
Property:
(a) One messuage or tenement wherein Thomas Mallard late did dwell with all outbuildings, gardens etc. in Totternhoe, Beds, bounded on the S by the ground of (i), N by ground of Henry Howes and abutting W into Totternhoe Street.
- (ii) has easement to build a gate in the fence between (a) and the yard of (i).
- (ii) has easement to use the well in the yard of (i).
