    Copy (1805) probate will of Thomas Iredale, late of Woburn, carpenter "ill and weak in body": - devising Ram, Park Street, Woburn, in his own occupation (and where his father died) to his nephew John Iredale; - devising copyhold close called Pond Close, Woburn (already surrendered to the use of his will) to his nephew John; - devising Rose & Crown, Park Street, Woburn, in occupation of William Attwood and Long Close, Woburn, lately bought from Duke of Bedford, to his brother Woodell Iredale of Leighton Buzzard, victualler and Hannah, his wife for their lives remainder to John Green of Battlesden and Samuel Woodwin of Two Water, Hemel Hempstead [Hertfordshire], innholder in trust for sale, the monies to be distributed between his nephews and nieces Thomas and Richard Iredale, Catherine Woodwin and Elizabeth Warner (sons and daughters of testator's brother Woodell); - devising all real estate in Woughton on the Green [Buckinghamshire] to John green and Samuel Woodwin in trust for sale, the monies to be used to discharge a £400 bond in which he and his brother Woodell were jointly bound, then to pay his housekeeper Elizabeth Clarke £10, Thomas Iredale £100 and to John Green £5, residue to be divided between Thomas and Richard Iredale, Catherine Woodwin and Elizabeth Warner; - bequeathing all household goods and victualler's stock at Ram to John Iredale; - bequeathing residue of his personal estate to Woodell; - the bond given to him by Edward Walker of Leighton Buzzard, victualler, provided it was discharged to testator and Thomas Tims of Husborne Crawley, carpenter to be returned to Walker; - John Green and Samuel Woodwin to be executors; - witnesses: Thomas Barrett; James Millard; David Willis Probate 26 Nov 1796
