Declaration of William Osborn of Woburn, gentleman: - he was 87 years old; - from the time he came to live in Woburn in 1779 he knew John Gostelow of Woburn, innholder and Mary, his wife; - John Gostelow owned Wheatsheaf and on his death his wife Mary became owner until her death in 1799, their eldest son John then taking over and he sold the premises to Francis Ireland in 1803, Osborn joining in the conveyance as assignee of term of years; - witnessed by John Green
