Copy Agreement in which Francis Ireland of Red Lion Street, Christ Church [Middlesex], yeoman agreed to lease Wheatsheaf, Woburn with malthouse and adjoining close, formerly in occupation of George Bull to William Hurley of Woburn, plumber for 14 years from 25 Mar 1804 at £52 per annum rent; with clause in which Ireland would give Hurley £65 to effect repairs; also that Hurley would buy all liquor from Ireland [from Wheatsheaf Brewery]; "Mr.Hurley to erect a Bar in the Kitchen if he thinks proper internal & such Bar at end of Term to be purchased at fair valuation by Landlord or incoming tenant"
