Extract from will of Hugh Parnell, late of Christ Church [Middlesex], esquire, deceased: - nominating his sister Honor Parnell, Thomas Mott, Arthur Ball and William Raffles, executrix and executors; - proved at London, with codicil on 12 May 1808 On dorse note of administration of 15 Mar 1834 of Hugh Parnell, late of Church Street, Spitalfields [Middlesex], esquire, deceased (left unadministered by his sister Honor Parnell, deceased, Arthur Ball and William Raffles) granted in trust to Frederick Parnell, esquire, son of Peter Parnell, deceased (brother and residuary legatee of Hugh); note that Thomas Mott had survived the other executors but had died without proving the will of Hugh Parnell and that Hugh's siblings Honor, Peter and William were all dead and his other sibling Elizabeth, spinster, had renounced administration
