    Release Parties: (i) Jeremiah Rowberd of Woburn, gentleman and Mary, his wife; (ii) Richard Partridge of Cranfield, gentleman; John Rowberd of North Crawley [Buckinghamshire], yeoman Reciting: - Mary Rowberd had agreed to join Jeremiah in selling her own lands in Crafton [Buckinghamshire] Operative Part: - (i) released (a)-(b) to (ii) for 5/- paid by each of (ii) Property: (a) messuage in Corn Market, Woburn, previously called White Lion: between tenements of Lady Pickering and William Turner E; tenement of Widow Frye and others W; Corn Market S; in occupation of Jeremiah Rowberd and John Wells and others; (b) pightle adjoining (a) of one acre on part of which a malthouse and other buildings stood until burned down "in the late dreadfull fire" [Jun 1724] Habendum: - to (ii) upon trusts to use of Jeremiah Rowberd for his life; remainder to Mary Rowberd for life; then in trust for sale, the money to be disposed of as follows: £100 plus interest to redeem mortgage to Katherine Dodsworth, widow; £300 to be divided amongst the children of (i) as dictated by Mary Rowberd, otherwise £50 each to Jeremiah, Margaret, Elizabeth, Richard, Anne and Robert; remainder to be disbursed as dictated by Jeremiah Rowberd Witnesses: - Richard Smyth; - Thomas Reddall
