Draft lease Parties: (i) The Most Noble John Duke of Bedford. (ii) Thomas Goodman of Woburn, Beds, shoemaker and Mary Woods of the same place, widow. Operative: - lease of (a) from (i) to (ii). Property: (a) messuage, cottage or tenement in Park Street, Woburn, Beds now divided into two tenements or dwellings and late called or known by the name of the White Lion Public House [see R6/63/3] late in the occupations of Elizabeth Evans, widow and John Evans. - except and reserving a stable and piece of yard attached to (a) unto (i). Habendum: - unto (ii) for the term of 99 years at the yearly rent of £12. Covenants: - usual lease covenants stated.
