    Testament "Furst I bequeth my Sowll to Allmeghty God to his blessed mother our Lady Sanct Mary And to all the holy compeny in heven" and burial in churchyard of Eyton. To mother church in Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar in church of Eyton 12d.; to the mending of the highways between Raffe Wellis gate and Foxes Grene 6 loads of stones. To son John Allen being at London 16s. 8d. sterling. To testator's other son Richard Allen 26s. 8d. sterling, a couple of bullocks (a black and a red), a quarter of barley. To daughter Agnes 30s. sterling, a cow and 2 quarters of barley. To daughter Cristian 36s. 8d. sterling, a cow and a quarter of barley. To Elsabeth Allen the youngest daughter 20s. sterling and a cow bullock. If any child should die before they come to lawful age then their share to be divided among the survivors. To every child of his son Thomas Allen a bushel of barley. To Elzabeth Constantyne a bushel of barley. To Edward Marten a bushel of barley. Residue to wife Elezabeth Allen and son Thomas Allen who are to be executors to use "to the plesure of God and the helth of my soull and all cristen sowles" and Thomas to have for his work 13s. 4d.. Will in which testator disposes of all his lands in town and fields of Edlysborowe and Dagenall in the county of Bucks, and in the fields of Eyton in the county of Bedford. Wife Elezabeth to enjoy all his lands for the term of her life, reversion to testator's son William Allen and his male issue, charged with the payment of £10 to testator's executors to fulfil his testament , and legacies are to be paid to the daughters on their marriage day, and John and Richard to have their portions at the age of 21. Should William die without an heir male, then son John and his heirs male to enjoy the properties, and should John die without a male heir then properties to go to son Richard and his heirs male. Should there be no heir male then the properties are to be sold to the next of the blood. Witnesses Raffe Welles, Edmund Cooke, Thomas Crocker.
