"Furste I bequeth my soull to Allmeghtie God " and burial in the churchyard at Dunton.
To son Thomas Serle his house and land after the death of son's mother "as she knoweth I promysed hir before wytnes and dydde geve hir possession in the same". To son John a two year old cow bullock and half an acre of tilth, and a bushel of barley to sow it for one crop. To son Nicholas half a quarter of barley., To son Robert 2 sheep and a half acre of tilth for one crop lying in Strayton Fylde and barley to sow it with. To son Rychard a year old bullock and half an acre of tilth in Straton Fylde for one crop and barley to sow it with. To son William a cow that is at Stratton at Colleges and a half acre of tilth in Straton Fylde for one crop and the barley to sow it with. To daughter Agnes 2 sheep, and a quarter of barley . The rest of his goods he leaves to his wife, and she is to be an executor with testator's brother Richard Serle, to whom for his work a quarter of barley and a bushel of pease and "a blocc that lyth in the yerde And he shall be halfe with my wyffe in the shepe that I tooke in to Halses". To his brother Raffe a bushel of rye.
