To the church of Lincoln 2d.; to the poor inhabitants of the parish 4d. to each household. To daughter Alys Turner 20s.; to daughter Margret Whytehed 40s.; to daughter Elezabeth Odill 13s. 4d.. To his son Nicholas Hobkinges and his issue testator's house in the parish of Steppeingley with all lands, also £10. To son John Hobkinges £13 6s. 8d.. To son William Hobkinges 20 acres arable land in parish of Regemont and £13 6s, 8d.. To Katering Whytehed "an Ayeford" (presumably a heifer). To wife Agnes the house where testator lives for the remaining years of the lease. Residue also to wife, who is to be executrix with son John Hobkinges executor and William Hobkinges overseer, and wife "to do for my soull and all Cristian soulles as she shall thingke moste beste".
