    "I commyt my soull to Allmeghtie God and to our lady sanct Mary and to all the sanctes in heven" and burial in churchyard of Eyworth. "I will that my wyff be my hole executrix performeing my will and her husbandes will John Lawrece' etc.". Testator's father Werren Payn' to be supervisor, and to him half an acre of wheat from Blacke Thystle Furlong. To daughter Elezabeth £6 13s. 4d. and a black cow, which cow is to be let out for the child's benefit. To her also a cupboard, and should she die under age of 18, then the £6 13s. 4d. to remain to Thomas Payn' and to Robert Payne's children. To John Lawrence 6s. 8d. and a weaning calf. To Nicholas Lawrence 6s. 8d. and a yearling calf. To William Lawrence 6s. 8d. and a weaning calf. To Margret Lawrenc' 6s. 8d. and a year old bullock The bequests are to be given them at the discretion of their mother within her widowhood, and each to be heir of the others.
