    "I bequeth And sett my soull to the onely Savyour and Redemer of it Jesus Criste that thorowe his abundant marcy and goodnes yt may be parte taker of the celystiall Joye everlasteing" and body to be buried in the churchyard of Northyell next to the piece of ground where one William Clarke late of Yckewell was buried. 26s. 8d. to be given to the honest, impotent and needful people of Northyell on the day of his burial. To son John Fyssher the house in Shortemede Streate in Bekellyssward with all appurtenances, which house is now in the tenure of one William Roper; also a half acre of free mead lying at Puttockes Hill in Bekellyswad to hold to him and his heirs for ever. To John also a cow, a bullock, 10 sheep and four quarters of barley of which one half is to be delivered to him this year, and the other half next year. To son Richard Fyssher the house set against the Churche Gate in Bekellyswad now in the tenure of Thomas [?]Naleman; to him also a cow, a bullock, 10 sheep. To son Henry Fyssher an acre of free mead in Ree Mede in Bekellyswad to him and his heirs for ever, also 2 milch beasts, 2 oxen, 10 sheep and four quarter of barley, to be delivered at two times, as above. To son Francis Fyssher testator's house in Strayton Strete in Bekellyswad, to him and his heirs for ever, and one bullock. To son George Fyssher 20 sheep, a cow, a bullock, 6 quarter of barley to be delivered at two times, as above. To son Thomas Fyssher 10 sheep, a cow, a bullock, and 10 quarter of barley, to be delivered as above. To daughter Margret Fyssheer the best milch cow, to be chosen by herself, and £6 13s. 4d. in money. To every godchild a sheep, and a sheep each to his maid servant, his shepherd and John Spyser. Executors Walter Rawley and William Abbes, supervisors John Paxton and Thomas Cranefild, and to each for their labour 6s. 8d.. The residue to his wife Elene.
