    "I bequeth my soull to Allmeghtie God our lady sanct Mary and all the holy compeny in Heven to pray For me" and burial in the choir of Houghton aforesaid. To the poor men's box 3s 4d.; to Jone Conqueste the tilth of all the glebe lands; to each of her 10 children 3s. 4d.; to Master Baylyff Buttons's 2 sons "that goo to scolle with me" 3s. 4d. each. To Mistress Sterker the frieze gown "and a better thinge as after shall folowe". "Item I geve to John Byrde clarke and vicar of Polles my beste gowne". To William Robynson his horse bridle and saddle, boots and spurs and his best coat. The wood in the yard to him and to the poor people.To his servant Felys [?Phyllis} Hebbes a red cow then going in Wylborne pasture. To his sister Joyes 20s. in good money, and to her daughter Margery 10s.. To every godchild 4d.. To godson William Robynson 12d.. To Jone Wodward 12d.. To Richard Billinges the second coat. To William King an other coat. To John Oldstocke clerk his second gown. To John Bysshoppe clerk another gown which is furred. A silver spoon each to Elzabeth Conqueste, Dorathe Conqueste and Anne Conqueste. To William Conqueste a silver spoon. "Also I desyre my executors to delyver to Mason of London that breng a bill of my hande that specyfye what goodes I have kepeing and they take a quyetanc for it". Residue to his executors "to distrubut as they shall thingke moste beste" and executors to be John Byrde vicar of Polles in Bedford and William Robynson, with supervisor Mistress Jone Conquest.
