    "Furst I bequeth my soull unto the handes of Allmeghtie God through the merytes And passion of our savyor Jesus Criste And to all the blessed compeny of Heven". Burial in the church of Shitlington. The house in the Churche Ende to Elzabeth Coottes for her life, reversion to Lawrence Coottes her eldest son and his heirs, and should Lawrence die without issue, then the house to go to the next of the blood of Elzabeth. The Bury Lott to Thomas Robertes and his heirs for ever, and if Thomas die without issue, then the property to remain to the next of the same blood, and the Bery Lote to be in the occupation of Robert Cootes during the time of Thomas Robertes' apprenticeship. The house at Campton to John Robertes and his heirs for ever. To Robert Cooke's children 3 bullocks. To the said Robert Cooke a dun bullock, the great "Rowend" round chest in the Chamber over the Hall, the third featherbed, a pair of fine sheets, the third kettle. To sir Michaell Fyssher the best coverlet in the loft and 2 silken cushions and he is to be the supervisor of her will. To Alys Cooke in ready money 10 nobles, the second mattress, 2 coverlets and a coffer that was Mistress Margettes. To Jone Roberts the best featherbed, the great pan, the great pot, the second pan, the second pot and a posnet, the counter in the chamber, the second covering, 2 pair of fine sheets, a latten basin, 3 platters, 3 pewter dishes, 6 pillows, the second kettle.
