    "First I will my soull to Allmeghtie God to our lady Sanct Mary and to all the holy compeny of heven" and his body to be buried in the parish churchyard of Todington. To his daughter Jone a bullock, a ewe and a lamb, a table, a cupboard, a pair of flaxen sheets, a platter and a candlestick. To his son William a ewe and a lamb, 6s. 8d. in money, a pair of flaxen sheets, a platter, a candlestick and testator's copyholding, according to the custom of the lordship, of which a surrender have been given into the hands of Robert Marcon' and Robert Webbe, tenants of the manor, and the surrender is to the following uses, that wife Agnes is to have the propeerty until testator's son William come to the age of 20, and if his son die before then then the copyholding to remain to wife Agnes, her heirs and assigns. If Agnes should die before William reaches the age of 20, then William is to enter the copyholding immediately to hold to him and his heirs. However, if both Agnes and son William live after William attains the age of 20, then Agnes is to have the kitchin and the chamber adjoining. To daughter Alys a ewe and a lamb, a pair of flaxen sheets, a platter, a candlestick and 6s. 8d. in money. To his daughter Avis a ewe and a lamb, a pair of flaxen sheets, a platter, a candlestick and 6s. 8d. in money. The ewes and lambs given to the children are to be used to provide profit for each child and wife Agnes to keep the wool until the day of marriage of each of them. The children to be each other's heirs. To brother in law John Webbe a buckskin doublet and a shirt. The remainder of his goods, including the lease of his house with all such tools, stuff, wares, implements and other necessities of whatever condition to go to wife Agnes, she to be sole executrix with sir Nicholas Heye, "portionary" of Todington, supervisor, he to have 3s. 4d.. Witnesses Robert Marckecon, John Fynne, Robert Webbe of Todington. "Subscribed with my owen hande".
