    "Furst I bequeth my soull unto Allmeghtie God and to all the holy compeny of heven", and burial in the churchyard of Shitlington. To the high altar of the same church 4d.. To the common box of the same church 4d.. To son Thomas Dryver the house in Hamscom End after death of testator's wife Jone, and should Thomas die without heirs of his body, then the house and appurtenance to go to testator's son John and his heirs. After death of wife Jone to son John Dryver and his heirs another copyhold in Hamscon End, and should John die without heirs, then copyhold to go to son Thomas. Should both sons die without heirs of their body then the pightle in Hamscon End to remain to testator's brother Thomas Dryver, and the house in Hamscon remain to John Chapman, testator's wife's son, and he to give to his sister Jone out of the same house 26s. 8d. and also to Mathew Dryver's children 40s. between them. To sons Thomas and John 8 acres of breach barley between them. To wife's daughter Jone Chapman 3 acres of breach barley in Hamscon Fyld shooting down to John Pates and a rood of wheat lying at Ducke Redye and a cow. To John Chapman 3 acres of breach corn and a half and a bullock. To son Thomas 2 ox bullocks and to son John a cow bullock. Residue to wife Jone to pay debts "and to dysspose for the welth of my Soull as she shall thingke best by hyr dyscrestion" Wife Jone executrix, with Robert Ensam otherwise called Robert Borowe executor, he to have 3s. 4d..
