    Burial in the parish church of Hegham Gobyon. To the high altar for tithes forgotten 3s. 4d.. To son-in-law William Barber four score acres of land held by copy of court roll lying with the town and fields of Potton, the surrender to be given to the behoof of the said William Barbor and his heirs. To his wife Margreat all goods to pay debts. Margreat to have the sum of money due to testator from Master Acworth of Potton as more plainly appears in a bond of covenants made between him and testator, to be paid at one term in the year until the covenants are performed. To wife Margret a certain house or messuage in the town of Potton in the tenure of Margret King, to hold to wife after the death of Margret King, together with 3 acres of land, a little meadow with a close adjoining the house, which land is not in the tenure of Margret King. He recites that there are covenants between Water Harper of Potton and Alen Dalland for a house sold to Water Harper, that there is to be paid 40 marks in the space of 20 years at 2 terms in the year, that is to say at the Annunciation 13s. 4d., and at Michaelmas 13s. 4d., until the whole is paid, and if Harper pay the sum to testator's wife without making any difficulty then wife to forgive the last half year's payment. Executors wife Margreat and William Barber her son with Master Water Worleche supervisor, he to have 40s..
