    Burial in the churchyard of Flytton. To son Thomas 2 steer bullocks of the biggest sort, a coffer, a pair of sheets, a horse (the best save one), a platter and a saucer. To son Henry 2 steer bullocks, a pair of sheets, the biggest kettle, a dish and a platter. To daughter Anne a cupboard, 2 cow bullocks of the biggest sort, a pair of silver hooks and testator's best kirtle, a pair of sheets of the best, a pewter platter, a dish and a saucer. To daughter Jone 2 cow bullocks, a pair of sheets, a bolster, a coverlet, 2 pillows, testator's gown, a candlestick, a platter, a dish and a saucer. To daughter Alys 2 bullocks and the best petticoat, a pair of sheets, a silver pin, and the hangings of the second bed, a mattress, a coffer, a fine kercher and a neckerchief , a kettle, a platter and a dish, a saucer. To son John the bed on which testator lies with 2 of the best pillows, a brass pot, a kettle bound with iron, the "bayre" cart with cart gear, a plough with plough gear, and the rest of the pewter, 3 horses if they may be spared from paying testator's debts. Residue to be divided among her children at the oversight of Master Danyell , Thomas Hill, Thomas Miller, and James Woodward or 2 of them. Children to have legacies when they come to lawful age, that is for the men children 18 years, and women children 16 years of age. Under age children are to be ordered by Master Danyell and Richard Burwell, and her executors are to be Richard Burwell and her son John Fynche. Overseer to be Master Danyell. Witnesses James Wodward, Thomas Miller, George Miller.
