    Testament Burial in the churchyard of Mary Magdelene of Wypsnade. To the high altar 4d.. To his daughter Margret a calf and a ewe. To daughter Agnes a calf and a ewe. To son William 6s. 8d.. To son John 6s. 8d.. Testator's wife Elzabeth to pay to William and John their money when they come to lawful age. To servant John Hebbes a calf and a ewe, half a quarter of wheat and half a quarter of barley to be given him on his marriage. To all his godchildren 2d.. To the Blessed Sacrament a pound of wax. Son Thomas to have a three year old cow bullock three years after testator's death. The bequest to any child who dies before they come to lawful age to be divided among the survivors. Residue of goods to wife Elzabeth who is to be sole executrix with testator's ghostly father sir Thomas Abell curate to be overseer, he to have 12d.. Witnesses Raff Wye, John [?]West, John Hebbed. Will disposing of his "howse and landes Reversiones medowes pastores and Fedinges wodes and under woddes quicke heches and dyches with the appurtenances wiche I have at thes presentes set and severally lying and being in the towne and Fyldes of Wypsnade parysshe". Wife Elzabeth Spenser to enjoy house with all lands for her life, and after her death to come to eldest son Thomas Spenser and his heirs male. Should Thomas die without heirs male then property to descend to testator's next heir male, and for lack of an heir male then it is to remain to his daughters' children, and should this fail then the property to be sold and the money arising "dystributed for my Soull and all cristen Soulles among povertie where moste nede is". Written the 6 July "the Furst yere of our Sufferinge lord Edward the vj by the grace of God of Yngland France and Yrland King Defender of the Fayth and in the erth of this churche of Yngland and Yrland the Supreme Hede immedyatly under God".
