    "I bequeth my soull to Allmeghtie God to our lady sanct' Mary and to all Sanctes in heven" and burial in churchyard of St. Andrewe in Langford. To the high altar for tithes forgotten half a quarter of barley; to mother church of Lincoln 3d.; to the maintenance of the bells half a quarter of barley. To his wife Jone testator's little house next to the gate with the orchard adjoining for the term of her life, and his son Thomas is to keep up all manner of repairs of the said little house. To son Thomas the copyhold property where testator now lives with the appurtenances, excepting always the little house mentioned above, and should Thomas die without heirs of his body, then he is to surrender the holding to the use of testator's son William. To son William the copyhold in the Churche Ende. To son Thomas and to testator's wife Johanne the copyhold called Gravesberymed and both are to pay the rent by equal portions, and on wife's death the whole to remain to Thomas and his assigns. To wife Jone 3 acres of his best land in the fields of Langford annually, and a rood of brache land and half an acre of land in the close called Pottourns to be tilled, reaped and mown, carried and housed at the cost and charges of Thomas each year for her life time. Thomas is also to buy for testator's wife for her lifetime a load of wood, and bring it home to her at his own expence. To Agnes Hynton the daughter of William Hynton a ten weeks old calf. To testator's daughter Elzabeth a quarter of barley. Residue to Jone and to son Thomas, who are to be his executors, with sir William Debelton as Supervisor, to whom 3s. 4d..
