    Draft Transfer of Mortgage Parties: (i) Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn, Beds, gentleman & Francis Brown of Houghton Conquest, Beds, farmer. (ii) James Mcmurtrie, upholsterer & Emma Mcmurtrie, widow both of Woburn Sands, Buckinghamshire. (iii) David Joshua Appleton of Bedford, butler. Reciting: - Mortgage dated 13th Oct 1905 between (1) (ii) (2) Mary Ann Sparrey for securing £700. - Mary Ann Sparrey died on the 26th Oct 1909 having by her will dated 5th Nov 1900 (proved: 7th Feb 1910) appointed (i) executors. - £650 is still due and owing on the recited mortgage. Operative: - In consideration of £650 paid by (iii) to (i), (i) transfers the said mortgage to (iii). - (i) & (ii) grant the premises contained in the original mortgage to (iii) as security for repayment. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to the usual mortgage provisos for redemption. - Intended to be witnessed and signed by: Albert Edward Copsey of 5 Benwell Road, Holloway, Manufacturers agent; Frederick J.
