Extracted Copy Will of 11 Nov 1743 Richard Circuit of Woburn, gentleman: - "indisposed of body"; - devising (a) messuage in North End of Woburn in occupation of John Rands; (b) close of pasture adjoining; (c) messuage in occupation of Richard Clarke; (d) messuage lately built in occupation of John Curtis; to his wife Sarah for her life and, after her death (a)-(c) to his son Joseph and (d) to his son Richard with right of way through yard of (c) to lay in or stack up wood; - devising (e) tenenemt divided into two dwellings in Horse Fair, Woburn in occupation of John Sear and Thomas Allen with (f) close of pasture adjoining to his wife for her life, remainder to his son Richard; - bequeathing all stock of cattle and implements of husbandry to his wife, remainder to his son Joseph; - devising and bequeathing residue of his estate to his wife; - appointing his wife sole executrix; - witnesses: Robert Parker; Marmaduke Sinfield; Henry Potts Codicil of 13 Jan 1745: - devising (d) to their son Joseph after death of his wife; - bequeathing £10 to his daughter Mary, wife of Thomas Burbidge of Woburn, innholder and £10 to Richard their son; - bequeathing £10 to his daughter Sarah, wife of George Prissley of St.Faith, London, poulterer; - bequeathing £100 to his son Richard; - witnesses: Mathew Chessam; William Edmunds; Robert Parker; - proof of will and codicil on 4 Sep 1746 in Archdeaconry Court of Bedford
