Branson & S William Barnes and E by Thomas Wilkinson (see attached plan). - Plot of land at the corner of St. Mary Street & Queen Anne Street (see attached plan). - Description of property concerning a mortgage dated 8th Oct 1909 between (1) Kate Tranfield (2) Caroline Caton whereby (a-b) was conveyed to (2) as security for repayment of £550 with interest: (a) Piece or parcel of land in Bradwell, Buckinghamshire lately forming part of Stony Stratford Glebe lying on the E of a new street called Queen Anne Street; bounded towards N by property of Arthur Breach and partly by St. Mary's Street; S by land, dwellinghouse lately belonging to (1) now Brooks & W by Queen Anne Street. With all the newly erected dwellinghouse, workshops & stables erected recently by (1) on the said plot and numbered 17 Queen Anne Street. (b) Newly erected dwellinghouse & shops adjoining (a) and in the occupation of George Stevens and numbered 13 Queen Anne Street (see attached plan).
