Reciting: - Will of John Warner Adams dated 8th Jan 1903 whereby all his real estate was devised to his son John James Reynal Adams subject to an annuity of £-/14/- to (iii) & £5 to his housekeeper (iv). - John Warner Adams died on the 13th Mar 1903. - Mortgage dated 29th Jun 1905 between (1) J.J.R. Adams (2) (iii) (3) (iv) (4) (i) whereby (a) was granted along with other hereditaments to (i) as security for the repayment of £4800. - Will & codicil of J.J.R. Adams dated 16th Apr 1909 & 30th Jun 1909 whereby (ii) were appointed executors. - J.J.R. Adams died on the 30th Jun 1909. - £4800 is still owing on the mortgage dated 29th Jun 1905. Operative: - In consideration of £74 paid by (v) to (ii), (i) with the consent of (ii), (iii) & (iv) conveys (a) to (v). Property: (See attached plan) (a) 4 messuages or cottages with gardens, outbuildings etc. situate in the centre of the hamlet of Tebworth, Beds.
