Reciting: - HN10/352/King3 - Mortgage dated 1st Sep 1909 between (1) (i) (2) (iii) whereby (iii) borrowed £400 and (i) conveyed (a) as security for repayment. Operative: - In consideration of £5 (i) with the consent of (ii) & (iii) conveys (a) to (iv). Property (See attached plan): (a) Piece of land in Wavendon, Bucks now in the occupation of (i). The land is a small plot bounding South of the property being conveyed at HN10/352/King2.
