Recites - Indenture of 24 May 1842 between 1) Joseph Elsom of Old Hurst, Hunts, labourer (only surviving son and heir at law of William Elsom and 2) Rev Benjamin Trapp of Thurleigh, clerk and 3) Martin Hunnybun of Huntingdon, gent. a) - cottage at Church End late in the occupation of William Elsom and thenof Samuel Tinsley (not the subject of this abstract) b) - pightle or piece of sward containing about 1 acre adjoining the aforesaid cottage formerly in the occupation of Edward Wildman late of William Asplin and then of Thomas Bass both formerly the property of Oliver Elsom of Roxton, yeoman deceased who devised the same to William Elsom the father of the said Joseph Elsom.
