He is a fellow of the surveyors institution; a Chartered Surveyor and has had life's experience in Valuations for rating of all kinds and during the last twelve years he has personally valued for Assessment Committees properties amounting to over one million Pounds Rateable Value. In particular he has valued rivers and streams comprised in area of approximately 500,000 acres of agricultural land including the trout streams of Hertfordshire and the Coarse Fishing on a very long length of the river Ouse.
