Reciting: - Will of Most Noble Francis 7th Duke of Bedford dated 7th May 1861. - Said Francis died on the 14th May 1861. - (iii) are the trustees of the said will. Operative: - In consideration of £200 (this sum has been lightly crosses out in pencil and replaced with £600) (i) by direction of (ii) conveys (a) to (iii). Property: (See attached plan, Scale: 3 chains to 1 inch) (a) Piece or parcel of land in Lidlington, Beds of 2a 2r 27p. The plan shows that the property is bounded on the N by the Bedford to Bletchley Railway Line and is close to Lidlington Station. Property of (ii) is edged green on said plan. Habendum: - Unto and to the use of (iii) subject to the trusts contained in the recited will. Intended to be witnessed and signed by R. Hobourn, clerk to Mr. F.T. Tanqueray of Woburn, solicitor.
